The inside of the machine has been processed. If it has been put on hold for a long time or transported for a long distance, you must open the upper cover of the main machine before driving to check whether there are sundries in the machine. Whether there is any waste or foreign matter in it should be completely removed.

After the main machine is installed, turn the crushing disc by hand in a quiet environment. The main motor is 22kw and the grading motor is 4kw. Check whether there is any collision or friction in the machine.

Check the direction of rotation of all motors of the unit, and pay attention to that the crushing disc and classifier should rotate counterclockwise at the same time, and it is strictly forbidden to run in opposite directions.

The machine can run empty. When running empty, the fan must run at the same time. Stop the main engine after running for 30 minutes. Check whether the temperature rise of each operating part of the main engine, especially the bearing and labyrinth seal, is within 20 degrees of normal temperature. The cause of fever should be found out, and normal production can only be carried out after exclusion.
