working principle

This machine can be equipped with a simple dust collector mechanism according to customer needs. The crushing unit with dust collector is mainly to avoid dust flying and reduce material loss, recycling and reuse, in line with GMP standards.
The mechanism of the dust collector is connected with the main machine, and the material is collected by the collecting bucket or cloth bag through the lower outlet, and the dust around the cloth bag is driven by the negative pressure of the fan of the dust collector, and is adsorbed on the collection bag, so that The purpose of dust removal has been achieved.
There is a simple beating mechanism installed on the dust collector unit. According to the actual usage, the handle can be turned within a certain period of time to beat the fine dust absorbed on the cloth bag and collect it in the collection tube below to achieve recycling. The purpose is fully in line with GMP requirements.
